Teachers, have you ever experienced this “frustrating” moment while using the IWB? You are writing with your finger, but suddenly the system mistakes it for an eraser, and the notes...

Teachers, do you have both Microsoft Office and WPS installed on your computer? 📂 It can be frustrating when you want to use WPS to present your slides in IWB, but the system automatically launches Office (or vice versa), messing up your layout and workflow! 😫 This happens because multiple file-opening programs are installed, and IWB hasn’t been told which one is your favorite yet. Don’t settle for the wrong app! You can actually specify your preferred PPT software directly inside IWB. Take back control of your file opening method in just two steps: Open the IWB software, click the Settings icon ⚙ on the toolbar, select “Settings”, and then go to “More Settings”. Find the “PPT Opening Method” dropdown menu 🔽. Click it and select the software you use most often. Once set, your slides will open in the interface you are familiar with. No more getting stuck on this little detail during class! 🚀

Teachers, have you ever faced this awkward moment during class interaction: you invite two or three students to the board to solve problems together, but the screen “fails” to cooperate? It only detects one person’s writing, while others’ strokes are broken or unresponsive? 🤔 Don’t call tech support just yet! This is usually because the IWB “Gesture” function is enabled. To prevent accidental touches, the system prioritizes gesture recognition, which limits multi-touch writing capabilities. To enable “Multi-user Writing,” you just need to adjust three simple settings: Switch Mode: On the IWB bottom menu, switch to “Writing” mode ✏. Disable Gestures: Click the “Writing” option at the top, go to “Gesture” settings, and Turn Off the “Use Gestures” toggle 🚫. Enable Multi-Writing: Once gestures are off, you can control the writing mode freely. Click the “Enable Multi-finger Writing” button to start multi-user mode. Now everyone can write smoothly at the same time! (Conversely, if you need single-user focus, simply click the button again to disable it.) Once set, your multi-student interactive sessions will run without a hitch. Give it a try! ✨

Teachers, have you ever accidentally switched the IWB interface to a language you don’t understand, leaving you confused by the text on the screen? 😵 Or perhaps you need to switch to a different language to suit a specific teaching environment? Actually, IWB supports easy switching between multiple languages; the setting is just hidden a little “deep” in the menu. Follow these steps to find it and switch to...

Many teachers encounter prompts like “Error loading QR code” or “No network connection, please check your local network” when logging in. It’s frustrating when your internet seems fine but the app won’t connect! 🤔 Actually, the issue usually isn’t your internet speed—it’s about these two key points. Follow these 2 steps to fix it instantly: Verify Connection: Ensure your computer is connected to a stable network to rule out any physical disconnections or Wi-Fi drops. Sync System Time (Crucial!): Check the date and time in the bottom right corner of your screen. It must be accurate to the minute. If your system time is out of sync, security certificates cannot be verified, causing the QR code to fail. 💡 How to Fix: Right-click the time on your taskbar, select “Adjust date/time,” and toggle on “Set time automatically” (or manually update it to the correct time). Once your time is synced and the network is confirmed, reopen the login page, and the QR code will load perfectly! 🚀

Teachers, have you ever encountered this situation while teaching with Magic Cube: you open your PPT slides, ready to start the lesson, but realize the familiar “Amdoa Teaching Assistant” toolbar...
-
Teachers, have you ever encountered this confusing situation: Magic Cube installs successfully, and the desktop icon is right there, but when you click it, absolutely nothing happens? 🤔 Don’t reinstall your operating system just yet! It’s usually not a bug in the app. It’s likely that your antivirus software (like 360 Total Security) is being over-protective and has “cleaned up” Magic Cube’s core configuration files by mistake. 🚫 (For the tech-savvy: It usually deletes AmdoxRubik.dll in version 2.1 or AmdoxRubik.LocalWeb.dll in older versions) To fix this permanently, you not only need to reinstall the app but also give it a “pass.” Here is how to do it (using 360 Antivirus as an example): Step 1: Reinstall to Recover Files. Temporarily exit/disable your antivirus, then reinstall Magic Cube to bring back the missing files. Step 2: Add to Trust List (Whitelist). Open 360 Antivirus after installation: Click on “Trojan Scan” 🛡. Find and click on “Trust Zone”. Select “Add Directory” and add the entire Magic Cube installation folder to the list. Once added to the Trust Zone, the antivirus will stop “attacking” the friendly software, and it will launch instantly every time! 🚀

What is the most frustrating thing when preparing lessons? Getting an “Upload Failed” error after working hard on your materials! 😫 Don’t smash your keyboard or blame the internet connection just yet. It is usually caused by these three overlooked reasons. Check this list to troubleshoot quickly: 📂 Is the file “Missing”? Check if your source PPT file was accidentally deleted or moved to another folder. If the system can’t locate the source file, it certainly can’t upload it. 🚫 Is the file “In Use”? This is the most common cause! Is your PPT slide deck still open? If the file is currently open or being edited in software like WPS or Office, the system cannot grab it for upload. Please make sure to close the document first, then try again. 💾 Is your storage “Full”? Check if you have enough Cloud Space remaining. If your storage is full, it’s like an overflowing cup—you can’t squeeze any more files in! Check these three blockers, and you’ll be uploading your resources in no time! 🚀 Check these three blockers, and you’ll be uploading your resources in no time! 🚀

Teachers, have you ever been startled by a sudden error popup while installing Panosight? Seeing “Runtime Error (at 122438)” on the screen might make you think your system has crashed! 😱 Relax, your computer isn’t broken, and the installer is fine. This is usually because the “Huorong Security” software is being a bit too sensitive and blocking the Panosight installation process by mistake. 🚫 You just need to give this “bodyguard” a short break to proceed. Here is how to completely close Huorong: Find the Huorong icon in the taskbar at the bottom right corner of your screen (check the small arrow if you don’t see it). Right-click (or long press) the icon and select “Exit Huorong” from the menu. If a confirmation window pops up, strictly click “Still Exit” (or Quit). Once exited, run the Panosight installer again. The error will disappear, and the installation will finish smoothly! 🚦 Don’t forget to restart Huorong afterwards to keep your PC safe!

Teachers, have you ever had this “scary” moment while installing Panosight: the progress bar stops, and a warning pops up saying “Registry writing failed”? 😱 Seeing such a technical error might make you worry that your computer system is broken. Don’t panic! Your computer is fine, and there is no virus. This usually happens simply because 360 Security (or other antivirus software) is being too “diligent.” To protect your system, it mistakenly blocks the normal installation process (writing to the registry) as a potential threat. 🚫 The fix is super easy—just ask the antivirus to “step down” for a few minutes. Here is how to do it with 360: Find the 360 icon (green shield or cross) in the taskbar at the bottom right. Right-click (or long press) the icon and select “Exit” from the menu. In the confirmation window, select “I want to exit” and click “Confirm”. Once fully exited, run the Panosight installer again. You’ll see the error is gone, and the installation finishes instantly! 🚦

Teachers, have you noticed something odd when using the OPS computer for class? Does the whole screen look yellowish, as if an old photo filter has been applied? 🎨 Don’t call for repairs just yet! The screen isn’t aging or broken. This usually happens because the device has thoughtfully enabled ” Eye Protection Mode” to reduce blue light, which makes the color temperature warmer (yellower). To get your true colors back, just check these two spots: Check the Large Screen’s Eye Protection: Look at the front button panel on the screen bezel. Find the “Eye Protection” button (usually an eye icon 👁) and press it to see if the color returns to normal. Check OPS (Windows) Settings: If the button doesn’t work, it’s likely a Windows setting. Open the Start Menu and go to Settings ⚙. Select System -> Display. Find the “Night light” toggle and switch it to Off. Just one or two clicks, and your screen will be crisp and bright again! Go give it a try! ✨

Admins and teachers, have you ever encountered this strange glitch: the large screen display suddenly looks abnormal, showing a “Double Split Screen” effect as if the image has been cut in two? 🖥 Don’t rush to report a hardware failure! This is usually just a mismatch in the low-level system display settings—the “Split Screen Mode” has been incorrectly set to “Single Partition”. To fix this, we need to access the hidden “Factory Menu.” Don’t worry, it’s safe and easy if you follow these steps: Go to Settings: Click “More Apps” on the home screen and open “Settings” ⚙. Unlock the Hidden Menu: Go to “Device Info”. Find the “Android Version” line and tap it 6 times in a row. Voila! The “Factory Menu” will pop up! 🔐 Change Configuration: Inside the Factory Menu, click “General Settings”. Find the “Split Screen Mode” option and change it to “Double Partition”. Once set, exit the menu, and you’ll see your screen instantly return to a perfect full-screen display! You just fixed it like a pro! 🛠
