Amdox Teaching Assistant is missing after playing a PPT file.

Possible Cause: The installed version of WPS or Microsoft Office is outdated.

Solution:

  • Download and install the latest version of WPS or Microsoft Office from their respective official websites.

  • After installation, restart Magic Cube and attempt to play the PPT courseware again.
