Andao Education provides installation services for educational hardware products in designated areas (excluding remote locations and shipments to cities outside the designated service zones). For a more detailed and higher-quality service, it is recommended to contact our installation service beforehand. - Installation Confirmation:
Customers should confirm the service time with the service center within 2 hours after arriving at their location. The service center will arrange the appropriate service time based on customer location and the type of installation. If there are any special requirements, please inform us in advance.
Installation Precautions
- Preparation for Installation:
The customer must prepare the required installation environment, including but not limited to power supply and stable internet access. In case of specific needs (e.g., heavy equipment, high buildings), please inform us in advance so we can arrange for professionals to assist. - Installation Process:
The installation team will complete the setup of the system, devices, and the required software. Once the installation is complete, the customer will be informed of how to operate the equipment. If the customer has further questions or needs training, please inform the team at the time of installation. - Warranty During Installation:
Andao Education will provide guidance and solutions in accordance with the product’s warranty terms during the installation. However, if the installation is delayed or hindered due to customer-side issues (such as poor internet conditions, building restrictions, etc.), Andao Education will not bear the responsibility for any related delays or costs.
