Possible Cause:

Incorrect threshold setting.

Device does not support five levels.

Solutions:

Set the threshold to five levels.

Set it to three levels.

Steps:

Open the Amdox Whiteboard.

Press and hold the writing tool for about 3 seconds.

Click the edit button next to the threshold setting option (e.g., “Finger”).

Touch the detection area with your finger.

Click the checkmark (✓).

Click “OK” to confirm.
